Got an issue with my track. I have an 07 f6 and the track on the diamond drive side was all chewed up. I thought it moved and was rubbing on tunnel. I removed track and installed another track, after the first ride with it I noticed the track was tore up again on the dd side. I found out that it is rubbing the dd bolt heads. So I moved the track and now I’m showing that in the rear by wheels it is misaligned, 2” on brake side and 1” on dd side so I have small clearance. Is this a common issue? This is my first AC with dd so I’m not sure.

Are you saying your clearance numbers are between track and tunnel? It possible your sprockets have moved on the driveshaft pulling track over to one side. I have attached a service manual. On page 435 it shows the measurements where sprockets are supposed to be.

I replaced my track on my 07 f8. The rear idler wheels did not line up. I had to The rear axle for a jag z1. So that the idler wheel would align correctly
