My 07 700 is not charging. Th voltage are the battery will keep dropping and will eventually display voltage on the display and then it won’t start just crank over.
-I swapped out the battery for a good one
-Swapped voltage Reg with a know working one
-checked resistance on the yellow wire to each other and all 3 have 1 ohms resistance.
-checked voltage when quad is running, with wire hooked up the voltage at all 3 wire s is 24 v and when you rev it up is drops to 16.v
Thinking the stator is my issue but wanna see if there is any other testing I should do before I look into replacing stator and info would be greatly appreciated 🍻🍻🍻

What voltage do you get at the battery when running?

12.5 v if you turn lights on it starts dropping

That is a sure sign the VR/rectifier is not working. Do you have the service manual. ?

I thought that too but took one off my prowler and put on it and it still the same. I did down load a manual

With the stator unplugged the highest voltage sent is 65 with engine reved up at each of the 3 yellow wires. At an idle there is 16
