2015 HCR 800 153 New to the forum, looking for some Opinions! So I broke my auto tensioner last year and had to ride out 10-15 miles to get back to the truck, the pad broke off and chain was riding on the metal arm of tensioner. So I replaced the new arm and bought BDX HYVO chain and gear...

We take our sleds yearly for tune ups and once overs to the dealer and apparently they missed this! We didn't get really any ride time this year...

I am so frustrated :angry:with my kids wheeler. He has a 2002 90cc that has broke three drive shafts. It's like the chain pops off and wraps around the rear sprocket and breaks off the shaft from the tranny. The chain was properly tensioned all three times. Maybe it is something else causing...

Well. I convinced myself that my tires are crap I am sure they are the OE tires from 8-9 years ago. Decided to do something about it. For those that haven't tried a set for plowing, well just go get them. That or make them like I did. Wow. What a difference. I can plow like a bulldozer...

I have a non-turbo 2004 T660 with 5000 miles. Periodically when I climb a snowbank or gun it I hear a grinding noise in the area of the chain case. I pulled off the cover to see the chain tensioner is fully extended. The teeth on the sprockets look even and aren't chipped, but may be worn. I...
