History
To date it has 2900 miles : @ 1800 miles it broke the skirt off the pto side pistion and peeled the nickel out of the top of the cyclinder above the exhaust port. I got the cyclinder replated and through those stock pistions in the scrap heap. Other than that it has been a very reliable sled and supprisingly fast for a 700cc

agressive trail port, y pipe, can, 2.5 degree timing key, clutching, head mods (cut), stock 03 mapping (it has not been flashed with 04 mapping) and i use a 3to1 mix of e85 and gas sometimes 3to2 on the warmer days that usually keeps them wondering what happened. dyno tested with a bikman pipe 156 hp with 91 lbs @7830rpm with a 3to1 mix and my fuel switch set on ethanol with an air fuel mix of 12.3 -12.8 and with the switch on gas we got 151 hp with 90 lbs @7790 with a 3to1 mix of fuel and an air fuel mix of 13.1 to13.7.
