Modifications
Drivetrain
I like slow power so I've geared the chaincase to 15x39. Would have liked to have gone with 16x39 (close match for 340 Bearcat which is 18x44) but 68pitch chain (new) was just a bit too short for this. To get the chain length right I went with a reverse idler sprocket from a 340 Bearcat, which is 20 teeth instead of the stock 24 teeth. Currently need to alter the chain backing bracket to keep the chain from slipping over the reverse idler sprocket.
Exterior
Currently extending tunnel & rear bumper by 5" and rack by 3.75". Cut bottom bars out of rack. Will use tunnel to support items in rack and move tail light to back of rack in lieu of the stock under the rack position.
Suspension
Swapped out stock rear suspension for a 1999 Polaris 700 RMK with gas shocks.
Wheel and Tire
Tunnel width nearly as wide as Super Jag so I went with a 16x136x1.25 track that was a near new take-off from a recent Ski Doo Renegade.
