Bought in 1988, never drove it. been sitting in my garage ever since. Somewhere I have a stack of pics. If I ever find them, I'll post some. Once the GTO is finished, I'll jump back on this project. As of 11/17 it runs and drives around the yard. Hadn't run in 30 years, till now. Should be able to jump back on it in the spring of 19, currently in storage, till then. Trying to keep it all GM, as much as possible using Chevy/GMC truck parts.

350 tuned port injection, 700r-4 overdrive trans. Engine is out of a stock car I used to race back in the '80s with the tuned port from a '86 IROC Camaro. Going to run the complete computer system, including the overdrive with lock-up, and the electric cooling fan. It will all work on it's own, just as it would on the IROC. With the gear ratio, and the overdrive, it should get pretty good mileage.

Have the original seat redone, but may go with buckets out of a mid 2000's Silverado. I have one, and like the seats.

replaced panels as needed. cab corners, fender bottoms, headlight eyebrows. body is about 80% done. Body was very solid, frame is perfect.

added disc brake conversion in front. Have a '69 GM 12 bolt rear end with 3:42 limited slip

It will have the GM 4.75 bolt pattern, may run some 70's or 80's Corvette wheels, a much later issue. With that bolt pattern there are many choices.
