    I have the front bumpers on my 400 and put the bar between the bash guard and the plastics and use a bungie to hold it down in to place. I run a bigger 20inch husky 455 rancher saw.

    that sounds like your battery is craping out, these things have to have a good battery for the injector. Without the constant voltage of the battery they will throw a volt on the efi bikes.

    If you are using it for joy riding then the canned ham. If you plan on using it for any work at all then you are going to want to go for the cat.

    I have had over 2000 pounds behind my cat, its not the weight that is the problem, it is the stoping and the hitch weight. Keep your load balanced and keep go slow you can pull a lot. Just make sure your load doesnt start to push you when you hit the brakes

    i would upgrade to the new cat axles over the gorilas. A lot of people have a hell of a time getting the monkeys out if they ever need to pull them for w/e reason. Also the cat axles are going to be cheaper by a bunch.

    They are oil cooled, and the fan doesnt kick in to like 240 degrees. It takes alot for them little 400s to get HOT.
