2016 500 EFI Spark Plug Issue

Back in March, after using it to plow my driveway all Winter (short driveway, I put 2km on it the whole winter), my bike stopped starting. I pulled the plug and checked for spark, and at first had it. Put it back in, still no start. I pulled it a second time and checked it, and this time, no spark.

I picked up a couple new plugs, put in a new one, tested for spark, all was well, installed in the bike, and it fired up best kind.

Yesterday (1.5 months later) I went to start the bike and it ran for a moment, then cut out and wouldn't start. Pulled the plug, checked, erratic spark, put it back in, no start, pulled it, checked, no spark. Put in the second of the new plugs that I'd bought previously, spark, and start.

Has anyone else run into anything like this? How, after a month and a half and about 5 minutes of total run time (I've literally only moved it in and out of my garage about 10 times since replacing the spark plug initially) does a spark plug end up failing? I'm using the specified plug for the bike (CR6E).

They dont like short runs where they doo not come up to operating temp. It fouls up the plugs. I have fouled plug driving from the shop to the trailer so now the bike comes up to operating temps before it gets shut down

Nothing better than riding with friends and family
