Tony, there isnt any modifications required with a good HID kit. The ballast plugs into the exsisting lite plug and the HID bulb plugs into the ballast. THAT equals plug and play to me.

If you cleaned the carb completely and thoroughly and didnít install an in-line filter, any dirt in the tank will have put dirt back in your carb.
Make sure you didnít mix up the jets as they look...

So I checked my 300 which has the shift linkage. Lever on diff when moved towards RH side of quad itís in 4WD. Moved to the LH side itís in 2WD.
