660catman Never heard of replacing harness before. Best thing to do is figure out what destroyed it in the first place. I had very similar issue with a 2001 Poo 550 fanner on the PTO side. Guy I got it from said it just failed when he was driving it. Upon teardown the crank seal on that side was leaking like a sieve. Good thing about it was the older ones were not nikasil plated and could be bored out. Went 10 over with SPI pistons, A/M gasket kit, and Poo crank seals.

Bad Piston in 600 Indy

I had a piston go out on my 2013 600 Indy over the weekend. Has only about 2500 miles on it. Also took out the cylinder also. It is the one on the Mag side. I've been told to replace the engine wiring harness along with new piston & cylinder. I'm just looking for some in put so it don't happen again.
