Putting 1000 in 700 mudpro

Does anyone know if the 1000 motor would bolt up in place of the 700 h1. Also any other mods that would be required?

I have a 09 mudpro and think it would be cool to make a 1000 short mudpro.

Thanks in advance.

Unless you got a donor wreck 1000 its cost prohibitive but anything is possible if you want it bad enough.

If it bolts up then you have to change the wiring harness and computer

The list of other maybe have to change

Pod, driveshafts........

It would be cheaper and easier to do a turbo or NOS for more hp

As a nut that turbocharged his 700 Diesel, might be easier to turbocharge or maybe supercharge. Speedwerx and maybe Airdam has wet clutch deletes for the 700. I believe a 700 running 7 or lbs of boost would whoop up on a 1,000, and ba a sleeper. Like FirecatV2 suggested, imho. BTW, my Diesel was rated at 17 hp stock and weighs almost 1,000 lbs. With turbocharger and over 15 pounds of boost, it will out accelerate my 700 TRV to 35 maybe 40. My TRV has Speedwerx Hypershift kit too. IHI and Mitsubishi make tiny turbochargers that would work. I don't know if you could find someone to rewrite the computer for tuning, some hurdles, but certainly doable! You'll like the turbo whine.

I'm not sure how a homemade turbo or supercharger would handle being submerged. I know the computer would have to be changed when installing the 1000 but the pod and wiring I would think would be the same.

More wondering if anyone has tried this before.

Thanks for the input though

If you want to go crazy power wise, buy a crashed sport-bike 1000cc~1400cc and you'll automatically get between 170~200bhp. They are being fitted into SMART cars and other small cars for massive performance boost. If you can find an Aprillia RSV1000 it has Rotax motor so may be able to use some of the V-twin parts? (although it 'only' has around 130bhp) Just about anything is possible with a hammer and welder (bunch of cash helps )

I'm not a complete idiot, but, I'm working on it
