Ridiculous..
Are you using a device or desktop to browse arcticchat? Which browser or App?

Are you clearing cache and cookies before entering your password to ensure the saved password is the correct one and not an older one?

When prompted by your browser, are you "Update Password" when prompted after putting in the new one?

Any more info would be appreciated.

Thanks,
- JB

Have you tried Chrome or Firefox?

With IE, have you set it to have arcticchat in compatibility view?

(Settings > Compatibility View Settings)

By notification emails, do you mean you are repeatedly getting password reset emails without requesting them?

I will investigate further.

Thanks,
- JB

I have chrome.
I'll have to check..
YES....

I don't have problems getting to the site,
I don't have problems accessing the site if my password isn't getting reset.
I'm just puzzled as to why it's happened 3 times and wondering if when I access it tomorrow, I'll need to reset my password again. Don't worry about it, cause just like most IT complaints/issues there wont be a answer or solution. cheers...

If a members account has that NEW ADDITION (to accounts lowest right corner) set to YES. It will require a new password with each login.....

However, as this pic shows Alex, yours is not set to "Yes".... So something else is up.....

Who, me?! Don't listen to me.... (I don't know anything, evidently...)

Once Alex responds to clarify the notifications it should give us a better idea of what is happening.

I'll also have tech take a look at it.

Thanks,
