Diamond Drive 2005 F7 oil service

How is service performed with no drain and or filler plugs on the Diamond Drive? How often to change the oil in the Diamond drive? What rivets are used to re install the plastic housing. Thank you, Weemo.

Good news is there is a drain plug, bad news is it is on the inside of the drive. Looks like you will have to get at it on the track side. Not sure how to fill it. It is recommended that the drive oil be replaced once a year, and flushed as well. You can get a parts breakdown for AC sleds on arcticcatpartsnation.com, or on the Arctic Cat site. Pretty well identical diagrams. That is where I found what I just told you, strange but doesn't show where the fill plug is, am sure someone will have the answer.

Drain plug is on the inside of the track area. Fill plug is inside the belly pan on the side of the cover. Arctic Cat sells the oil in the small bottle for non reverse diamond drive. The flush kit is also a bottle of oil. Drain the oil and re-install the drain plug. Fill with flush oil a few separate times draining a few times while rotating track in between. Then fill with the small oil bottle.
