ATV: 03 400 4x4 auto FIS, 05 300 4x4
I fixed one with run stop switch issues as auburn6887 mentioned. WD40 did the trick in this case and still worked 2 years later.

Current Sled rides
2005 Sabercat 600 EFI LX
2006 T660 Turbo Touring
2016 Bearcat 2000XT

1980 El Tigre 6000

mine dose not have the pull kill switch on the back, mine is a 4spd with clutch and only has the handle bar killswitch, it works, when it was runing i was messing with it.

it ran long enough to get up to temp, and then died like you turn the key off, did this about 5 times and now it has no spark agian,

When it first died, did it start up on each of the 5 times? What does the spark plug wire look like at both the coil end and the spark plug end? I know in sleds when there's a spark issue you cut 1/2" off the wire usually at plug end. If there is a lot of green corrosion that's not good.

went out this morning to check it and it started right up, got up to temp and shut off, this morning i notice the fan was not kicking on at all, after it got spark back, i put power to the fan and now it stays running so im guessing it has a over heat kill switch somewhere,

now after i got it running more then 20mins, it starts to runs like crap, sounds like its mess firing,when idleing, and sometimes it wont stay running by its self,let it set for a 10mins or so and it runs fine, then it gose to crap again. could this be a carb issue?

Still sounds like coil or CDI box gets hot and quits till itís cooled off. Carb issue could be if choke not fully open. I assume itís a cable choke?

yea but when it wont run it still has spark, and strong spark, shock the crap out of me,

its hit and mess, now i went back out to check it and no spark once again, i think i might just rewire everything with a whole new harness and stuff, you can get it on ebay for 40

now that its running longer then 20mins it starts to run like crap, meaning wont start and stay running, and if it will start it wont take any gas,

got other question, this thing vibrates like crazy, any way to get it vibrate less?
