Hey yall!! I picked up a "relick" 1983 Yamaha Virago 750 Midnight Special to frankenstein back into service. Of course the carbs were trashed so they got a good cleaning & rebuild kits in each. My question lies within the "off set" jetting. The front had a 122 main & 41 secondary & the rear a 120 main & 41 secondary. I believe this is what it calls for factory. The kits I got both had 122 mains & 41 2nds. They did this to compensate for the heat buildup from the rear cylinder being behind the cooler front cylinder. Does anybody think it would hurt to stay with a matched set being they are so close anyway?? Any other insite or been there done that experiences you would like to share?? I know about the starter gear issue already & its not that bad yet. Thanks in advance. Jeff
