The Kishwaukee Super Sledders of Region 5 in Northern Illinois marked their section of trails this past weekend. Highlighted by red trails on the map, our area covers south from Maple Park north to Sycamore, and then continues north to Burlington. The weather was very tricky this year as it was blustery, snowy, and then freezing rain. Thanks to all that helped and we did complete the marking on Sunday.

Please remember the trails are not open until December 15, 2007 with at least 4 inches on a frozen ground. Hope to see you on the trails this winter.
