I just wanted to know if any one knows if a supension from a 2000 800zr is the same as one from a 93 700 wildcat or what sled I can watch for a supension to fit the 700 Wildcat. Thanks

Not the same, but the 2000 would make a nice upgrade. This instructions work well and are fairly easy.

I put a '98 ZR skid in my '94 WC, well worth the time and money. Only took a couple hours(ok,maybe 3). The link kev listed is a good way to start. Instructions and measurements a right on. Just remember, the ZL skid is also a good choice but the holes will need to be drilled in a differant spot from the ZR.
Good Luck!

I don't know if this is related to your question or not, but last year I broke a fitting off my fox shock on my 99 zrt 800 and lost all my fluid and rendered the shock useless until repaired. In the meantime we had a ton of snow and great trails. My buddy had a complete skid out of a 93 Tcat so we put that under it. We had to drill holes to make it fit but it worked fine and got me out on the trails until I got my shock fixed and recharged. The sled was a little rougher ride but due to the lower suspension it handled like it was on rails. So based on this I am certain that a skid from a newer sled can be made to fit an older one, just trial and error on which hole to bolt it to
