12s on the front is going to be real hard on the front axles tie rod ends and the front diff. but should offer great floation in bottemless mud for sure.

yea that scares me, i'm newer to arctic cat and to these bigger four wheelers, i can work on anything and enjoy working on this bike but i am seriously thinking about goin with 10s on the front i think they will still float fairly good and i'm just your everyday college student but every penny i make extra goes to my bike, so i really dont need it breaking down just yet lol, i like the way the skinnys look up front on your bikes and i think they will perform, ride, steer, and hopefully last better than the wides all the way around. Just looking for a few different views on what people are liking and performing with. I love to ride so i go everywhere and anywhere a group of people are getting together. I'm never in just one type of mud or water i like to do it all!

I ran wides on the front of mine one time and the only real thing i did not like about them is they did not seem to climb worth a crap compared to my 10s on front.
I am pretty happy with the 10s up front, aim sure there are some tpes of mud that 12s would work much better but for the genral use 10s and 12s seem to work best.

I tell yeah one thing i have thought about and thats putting 28/10/12s Silver Backs on the front and running my 29.5/12/12s on the back, this would give you a wider tires on the front but not a full 12" wide tire. the 28" SBs are a real wide 10" tire compared to a 10" Outlaw, plus they run tall and with air pressure adjusted you could keep them both the same size. run the 28s with like 10psi and the 29.5/12s with about 3psi and i bet they would be the same height or real close.

man that does sound good and it would look mean. Just wish i had the money to do it lol. i love your bikes though they look great every time i get an idea for something i just look at yours cause it seems like ya beat me to the punch on doing whatever it is i think of, i just want my bike to ride like it looks!
arcticcat or die
When i had my 650 new i just bolted them on stock an went riding these machines are low geared an get lower geared . Like what gwc did i also ran 10s up front an 12s in the rear it handled good with the 10s up front but the 12s in the rear seemed to float a bit , Then i just upgraded to the 32s and man i aint looking back .

29.5X12X12 on all 4s. I think they rub a little when you turn hard. I did not look into it yet cause these are not my trail tires. My guess is the inside lugs on the springs up front. In the back there are no problems that I know of. However I did not bottom out the suspension yet. No lift on LE Rims.
