I am trying to upgrade my handwarmwer 3 position non-illuminated toggle switch (HI-OFF-LOW) to an illuminated 3 position rocker switch.
I don't understand how to read the schematic for the new switch so I'm a little lost and looking for help...just fyi I'm an electrical idiot so your gonna have to talk real slow and prolly post pictures to help me,lol

My old non-illuminated toggle had 3 prongs on the back:
*Black wire-High Temp
*Red wire-Power
*Green wire-Low Temp

My new illuminated rocker has 7 prongs:
Below is the schematic.

Your link isn't working. But I'm betting that you have a Normaly open (NO) and Normaly closed (NC) options for each side of the switch. You want to use the NO contacts.

OK, now It came up. Ignore terminals 6 and 4. Put the hot wire on 2, and ground 5 and 7. 1 and 3 are your low and high, doesn't matter what one is what.
