The 06 700 had a plstic clutch cover and i was wanting to know if anybody made a aluminum cover for that, i can nit keep the water out of it.

Don't think anyone makes a different cover that will fit the Suzuki 700's. May want to look for suzuki accessories and see if they have a replacement cover.

Never seen one yet...probably could be made but it would be costly. Good luck getting it water tight mine leaks a tiny bit but since the clutch machining it doesnt matter cuz it dont slip lol.

put some 100% silicone or some RTV black on there before you put the clutch cover on. nice watertight seal might be little difficult getting off, but thats up to you.

That may work for a bit however due to it being plastic it flexs way to much between all the hot and cold cycles its next to impossible to keep it water tight. Ive pretty much gave up mines as close as its getting lol

I took thoughs mettle spacers out where the bolt go, I think those where keeping the cover from over tightening on the gasket, maybe that will help, but i have not got to try it yet.
