I would go with 25-26, depending on how they measure. I may be wrong but I think they measure true to size. Savageman69 would know for sure.

QUOTE (Wyo_H1_Cat @ Nov 8 2009, 01:54 PM) QUOTE (kewlboxer2 @ Nov 7 2009, 08:45 PM) only thing i dont like about the bighorns how open the tread is. if you were riding on a slight off camber hill in the snow and slick conditions it looks like it just slide. Defiantly not the case in my opinion. Just the opposite actually . On slick surfaces its the number of biting edges that count "Sipes". Not the tread pattern. A Bighorn probably has over twice the length of tread edges on the ground than a typical tractor lug pattern type tire. I've ran Stock, ITP XTR's and now Bighorns on my two cats. I have found the Bighorns to be superior or equal in every trail, mud or snow condition. Far better on ice, packed snow, slick wet rocks and wet logs. As an example of multiple biting edge surfaces, Discussed on another thread here called "New Radial Outlaw" See picture below, Lots of biting edges. This tire would do very well on packed snow, ice and slick wet rocks and logs least until you wore off the top 1/4" of tread and they would be slick as skates in my opinion. IMO a bighorn siped with a hotknife or dremel would be the bomb on ice, slickrock, wet logs etc.

Just ordered my 25 inch msts from atvoutfitters.
I must say Matthew Bell was awesome to deal with. Luckily I got the last full set of 25 inch msts before the price goes up on them. About $40 a set. Should be here early next week. I cant wait.

Got an email from atvoutfitters today. He said one of the tires had a spot on the bead and that highlifter would exchange for free. Nice to see that look the tires over before they ship them out. I know for sure ill be back to atvoutfitters for more service

I know you already purchased......this is for others info in the same boat as you. But as a former owner of MST's..... With the riding you are doing I'd go with Big Horns. I like the MST's for more muddy areas, but the big horns are better wearing and better in areas with less mud. You really can't go wrong with either. And Matt IS great to work with that is for sure.
