I've always thought about putting a track extension on my sled and would like some input on the best cheapest way to go. Don't want anything big. Not sure exactly the stock one. But would like to extend it to like 136. Thanks for the advice!

used is cheapest ebay craigslist

we got wps 136 extension $32
western power sports
a new take of track for from a pantera for $66
it had a torn lug from shipping
got a free tunnel 1998 from craigslist
he hit a tree and bent bulk head
cut off rear 18 inches, cut rivets on our tunnel, opened rear flap
riveted together overlapping panels
used the rear bumper that came with the 98 tunnel
was not pretty but lasted 5 years and we sold the sled
we did not move or add rear cooler as it was a 600 twin

I have a 136 on my triple and love it really hooks up hard, but it could be better as my track is in bad shape when i bought the sled. If i were you i would go 136 and if you need studs go with the intergraded prestuded tracks never have to worry about the studs coming out and putting a hole in your cooler, i have a 121" Ice Attack on my zrt 600 and it is great. Not to mention if the studs ever wear down you can always stud it with standard studs.
