Looking for seat modification ideas/suggestions

looking for some ideas on what to do with the seat on my 96 ext efi. Its in horrible shape, cracks everywhere, full of water, weighs a ton. Id like something that rides alot higher like the F series. I really like the look of the seats that Skinz have. Few questions I got are:

Do I have to keep the stock tank for the efi pump? Or can i cut a hole in any tank and install?
What seats will work the best?
Mounting options?

Any ideas suggestions are appreciated.

I'd suggest you adapt whatever new seat to the original tank. Reason being, the EFI fuel pump can be finicky and you don't exactly want to end up with a leak from an error during the install/modification of a new tank.

I adapted an M seat to my Thundercat. Very worthwhile mod.

They are the nice, but expensive considering the other options out there.
