1995 zrt 800 backfiring, bogging, wet plugs

I bough this snowmobile for a little project it has psi performance exhaust on it I believe it has newer carbs because they have sensors on them and this snowmobile doesn't require them, I cleaned all the carbs and put new plugs in it and I got it running good half the time the other times it would back fire and be boggy, it was coming from the cylinder closest to the clutch and maybe from the center because what I found after taking it apart is a piston ring had crack the guy put new rings on it and put the piston in a different cylinder so I bought a new used head, cylinder and piston off ebay and put it together and it still isn't running right I tried messing with the fuel air mixture but I have it all the way tight on all the carbs and the two cylinders closest to the clutch( including the one I replaced) are wet and a brown black color and the other one closest to the stator is a nice brown dry color, it still back fires I've cleaned the carbs again, I checked the reeds, switched spark plugs, and wires around, shortened the spark plug wires to be sure good connections. So I'm not sure want to do I was wondering could it be that the jetting isn't right in general and because of the performance exhaust, also wondering if it could be bad head gasket or crank seals, also the intake boots have cracks in them but Im not sure if they go all the way through could this have a effect on that?

And information would be very appreciated I wanna get this thing goin so bad!

Check the ground that goes from the rewind to the frame. Your crank could be out of phase also. Pull a wire and see if it runs on the other two. You may want to check the stator for resistance also. Did you check the coils for resistance.

which way is it back firing?? through the carbs means it lean through the exhaust means its rich. I did you have the whole engine apart or just one jug. Check see if a piston skirt is broke pull the pipes and at the skirts on the back side and the reeds on the front. Do you have good gas in it?? Bad gas or water in your fuel will cause this issue. TSS can cause this you said thats on hooked?? check those issues out. Hope that helps you narrow it down.

How do I tell if my crank is out of phase? And what resistances should the stator and coils? And last night when I had it running it was only running on one cylinder the one closest to stator but then I put another set or plugs in and they all ran but the plugs are still coming out wet

Through exhaust, I had all the cylinders off, the piston skirts weren't broken when I looked at them but the wrist Pin had some nice groves in them I don't know if this makes any difference just throwing it out there, yes I put all new gas in it and I don't believe It has water in it, no I didn't check the TSS (I this the throttle safety switch?,

If you put new plugs in and it ran on all 3 I would check the choke plugers on those cylinders. There is a small possibility that your oil check valves are bad and it is allowing to much oil in also. Did you make sure the airbox and exhaust are all clear?

Yes the TSS is throttle safety switch. The sled will back fire if one carb is not in sync.

Ok so now it won't even start I pulled it over it popped once and didn't get anything after that I checked for spark and it was a blue white the plugs were wet

I am going to check
the stator
The coils
The wire to the frame
The TSS switch
See if the plungers are stuck
Carbs are synced

Mike R said that my oil pump check valves could be bad and letting to much oil

Anything else I should check or do
Thanks
