What did you Do To you Zr/Zl/Zrt/EXT/TCat Today?

I know that everyone is working on getting sleds ready for the upcoming season. So I think that we should have a place to share what we did. small or big. Pics are a great addition to what you did to you sled today.

This past weekend I pulled my Rear suspension out and found that my front shock tore a steel braided hose. I then went ahead and cleaned and started painting my rails since I now have to wait for my shock that went down the street to daycore. I also helped my dad a little on his motor Rebuild For his 2001 SnoPro Crosscountry. What did you do to your sled Today?

Line that broke

Installed hood screens. Also started working on crossfire skid, but before doing that had to put 8 tooth drivers on because I'm running studs. I had a couple reverse kits so decided to install reverse. Turns out the 95 exhaust system doesn't allow enough clearance for reverse so I had a 96 exhaust system which sits forward about 2 more inches allowing room for the reverse linkage and chain adjuster so I installed that. Still waiting on a snow flap and rear bumper from a 2012 so I can build a tunnel extension. Hope to have it done before the snow gets here.

I pulled my rear skid all apart in my 99 ZRT6, replaced a couple idler bearings, changed my driveshaft bearings, and changed tracks. She's greased and ready to rip!

Sled: 1999 zrt and 2000 tcat
Did quite a bit this summer, sawpped motors, installed a 136, new studs, new hoods, windshields, etc.
My list is getting smaller.
On the 98: install green skis, and tidy up wiring on the new hood, clean and paint pipes, thats about it.
On the 2000: Wire for heated shield, install a few more studs ( stripped a couple during install). And clean & paint pipes ...unless i find new ones.
Pretty much ready for snow

Did this last year: Crossfire skid into a 96 ZRT

and only got like 81 miles on it. Couldn't even dial in the suspension with one trip on it.

Did a project 800 and a 600 along the way over the summer:

Now I am scheming a Bear Cat secondary on Mr. T.
