I have read that over and over. Short answer, no. Just the Bear Cat secondary. Need another belt because of length and some other stuff. When I get everything together I will start playing. Still have to shim out a new to me used primary with 200 miles on it.

I was always under the assumption that the angles of the sheaves and the over all diameter of the system is where you got your gains. maybe Im wrong. (probably LOL)

I put c&a xtx's, a 136" ripsaw, cobra ultra low black windshield, and Han guards, hood screens, 8" riser, and all that jazz.

Well, Got the call for daycore and my shcok is done. $112 bucks for a rebuild new hose and a new threaded tube for the ajuster .Going to go have my dad pick it up since im at school.

There is quite a bit more to it than that. Just to mention a few things: The inside circumference is larger on the Bear Cat secondary. The outer diameter is larger too both reasons for requiring a longer belt. The primary can be kept the same component wise just lengthen the center to center add a longer belt, shim the primary, add some more teeth on the top gear in the chain case and it should be closer to getting what I want. As stated before, lots to it. Just like playing around with stuff. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!! I have read a lot of in accurate posts on how people have not got it right. But hey, if you like to play and research it and know and talk to the right people it can become fun.

see I have only heard so much and Have no idea about the big bores. I know that on the small bore (440,500,600) the best gain is when both are used. Just knew that there were gains to be had. Never really got into detail of how.
