If you zoom in on the pic you can see I wrote "NOT A" over the Polaris on the handgaurds lol....And I blacked out the Polaris on the IQ seat too.as far as the steering stem-i cut the factory one below the support and slid a piece of 1" od tube over it and welded a new handlebar mounting flange to the top.its basically solid shaft all the way now.....Super stout and it's exactly the right height for me.i also moved it to the front of the tube and added a 1" spacer to bring the bars ahead almost 6" from factory...i measured a buddies iqr to reference the bar to spindle relationship and i got it as close to that as I could. The seat mount is all out of 3/4 aluminum bent and welded

I can see clearly now

Windshield finally arrived! But, if I remember correctly isn't there/wasn't there plastic caps over the screws at the bottom of the shield? Sure there was before my little mishap last year.

Yup...I set the tach up just like that....I even went one step further and marked 8450 on the tach with magic marker so I can easily see it. Thing is a monster for what it is.Wish we had some snow so we could tune it even better. With the 20/43 gearing and the clutching setup it's right there with almost anything through the ditchesl
