1999 ZL 600 EFI head gasket or rings

I need help with this situation. Easy to start,90 psi in both cylinders,white smoke when warm,will not go over 70mph.

sounds like rings but i could be wrong ...then whitesmoke could be antifreeze getting in...does the smoke smell sweet?

Yes,it is sweet.For sure it is antifreeze.What is the cause for antifreeze getting in there

you have orings around each jug in head
2 per jug
aggreed that is most likely
worst case have a crack in water jacket
good luck head o rings very easy and cheap repair

I would do the whole top end. Its about 300 bucks for pistons, rings, and all the gaskets.

I would say you should do the base gasket at the same time. Spend the extra money on cat orings and base gasket. I run spi pistons in my 600. They will probably cost you about 130 on ebay.
