drlang, do yourself a favor and download the manual. If you google "artic cat shop manual" you will find it. I found it in about 2 minutes. Its to big to email or I would send you a copy. It will save you alot of time posting your questions and waiting for a reply. You can also search the threads on this site, I am sure I seen a link somewhere.

06-07 Mileage: 100
i have a 95 zr 700 and had to replce a piston last season. when i saw the torque specs for the cyl. ,i had to ask around. they seemed way too tight, 43lbs. the mech cautioned me about snapping the base studs at that torque. i think i settled on thirty lbs. on base , and twenty on the heads.
