Oil leak exhaust???

so i noticed a small pool of oil under my sled, open the hood and found the inside near the front covered in oil. Started it up and found the oil to be coming from the manifold/exhaust connetion, i was happy it wasnt on the block as i first thought. Is it normal that the oil goes into the exhaust and if so what is that metal o ring connector called? cause i think if i get a new one in there it should fix it.

It happens, especially the EFI sleds run really rich. You can let it leak or get a couple new gaskets take it apart, clean the surfaces, and then coat both side of the new gaskets in ultra copper RTV silicone and put it back to together. The metal o ring connector is called a donut. I've hear you can try the ultracopper on that too and put it back together. It was what the D&D mech recommended and seems to have held up for me.
