Finally got around to putting a 6" riser on the 04 Sabercat 700 Efi. Actually comes out to about 8" because I bought a firecat riser which is wider than the sabercat steering post. Had to buy the adapter which raised it about another 2" Anyway, the throttle cable won't reach now and I'm having a hard time finding the extended cable for the efi. Have found them for carbed sleds but not efi. Would rather not deal with putting the small extension in. Have read too many problems with getting them adjusted. Thanks, Tom.
I have used a powermadd for the last 5 years with no problems , way back then I bought a second one and carry with me still but theres no need for 2 . as for the brake line I bent the curved end at the cailper and routed it through the dash extension cutting a "V" in the plastic supports and up the s/post with no b/line extension .
I have a iso-vibe and the 6"+ ROXX Risers with NO BINDING . do a search I did post pics way back then .
this is on the f6 with 6" risers , if you want pics of mine Ill put them up all so .

I have the extended brake line already. The throttle cable is just a bit too short no matter how I try to re-route it. It would have worked if I would have bought the right riser. I assumed firecat and sabercat were the same but they're not. Sabercat has the flat plate at the top of the steering post like the zr's, while a firecat has the round end. I had to buy the adaptor to change from the flat to the rounded piece. That was about and extra 2" and just enough to screw me. I still haven't found an extended cable for it. I can only find the 10" extension kits. Looks like that may be my only option.
