Unhappy 03 F5 No Spark Please Help

My F5 shut off last season on the trail just like I hit the kill switch. No spark. I towed it back and never was able to get it to spark. I have replaced the coil with a brand new one, I just picked up a used cdi from a reputable seller on ebay and still nothing. The stator was replaced 2 seasons ago with a brand new cat stator. Prior to this happening it seemed as though the sled was taking alot of pulls to start. It is carbed and I did clean and synchronize the carbs prior to this ride. I have checked all visible grounds, I have tried unplugging the plug at the base of the motor to eliminate kill and key switch. What else could this be. Did the stator fail again. when that went 2 seasons ago it threw a check engine light and limped me home.

I welcome any and all suggestions.

You made sure all the wires were plugged back in correctly? And how many grounds did you check?

Is the TSS on the same circuit as the kill and key switch?

Turns out the stator harness rubbed on the edge of the flywheel and a couple wires were cut as a result. This happened due to a $2.00 rubber grommet which holds the harness snug in the crankcase housing was missing. it let the harness touch the flywheel.
I ordered a new stator and will repair the wires on the old one to have as a spare. My sled is now running again.

When your stator went bad before was the check engine light solid or flashing. My Sled has a solid light and was told could be stator.
