I am wanting to set my sled up for 1000ft ice radar runs. Can someone get me in the ball park with a setup and clutch? Thanks retro

If you have 10 tooth drivers 24-39 works good for gears, we run 72 gram weights.

^^ thats set up is waaay to much gear for 1000 feet.

if you want a gear set up strictly for 1000 feet. I would go 22/40 or 22/41

Idealy you want to basically top out your sled right before the finish line.

Clutching, im not 100%. CAll up speedwerx or BMP or even ODS, tell them you want a drag set up for 1000 feet.

Where is the radar run. I would use the stock gearing 22/41 for 1000ft.
Do you have any mods done to your sled, that will also change things.

Thats what we have run with good results on certain days(107-108), You want to gear higher and let the sled pull all the way through or to be perfect you want to hit top speed or theroetical top speed at 1000ft (sorry about spelling)
