3 ozs to fill. i would skip the flush and just take dd off & take apart to clean. its a fairly easy task & lets you know what kind of shape the gears are in.

6oz flush and 3oz DD fluid is all you need for non-reverse models. You can do the flush/change with the DD on the machine, but do recommend pulling the DD off the sled to do the flush and refill.... its easier to get all the old fluid out that way. Taking the diamond drive off only takes 15 minutes once you've gone through the process once. You don't have to take the diamond drive apart unless you're up for internal inspection.

how do you even change the fluid with the dd in the machine??? I couldnt figure out how to do it on my xfire with out removing the drive. I figured out how to drain but I couldn't find a good way to put it back in.. haha

yeah, that is the tricky part with it being on the machine still. I've screwed a tapered bottle nozzle onto the end of the ACT Drive fluid bottle and then put a hose/tube on it. you can then run the hose into the fill plug area on the DD. I've also seen oversized syringes with hoses on them that would work to. Still easier to get the DD off the sled and do the flush that way. I don't think you could get much flush fluid into the DD without it being off the sled anyways.

Lay down cardboard or blanket then flip sled onto left side to fill. Make sure gas tank is empty or close to empty anyway.
