Coil difference? 02 snopro coil on my f5?

one side of my coil isnt working on my 2004 f4. i redid the wires like 8 times and still nothing. one side isnt sparking. gunna get a new one. was wondering if a 2002 snopro coil would work?
the part numbers are different, and i dont care if i have to change the wiring, just want to know if its compatable.
thanx

Same thing just happened to me this week 04 sno pro f7 carb...What i did was bought an after market coil for an 03 from kimpex 2012-1027 i am pretty sure, i had to change the plug end and put my plug end on it but it has worked great so far and cost me $50........From what i understand is certain cats the only difference is the plug end.......

I stopped by a local used parts place today and was checking out their coils. I was comparing a few of them from 05 and 03 and stuff, and noticed they look exactly alike, but the plug wires are different lengths. maybe thats just the only difference?

i ended up getting one from a 2005 z440. hopefully it works :O
