2ndary clutch shim ? on f7

I have a 06 f7efi snopro. I am making 160hp, with a red spring an 73 weights in the primary. I just took the 2ndary apart to replace a bushing and now am wondering a few things. I have a orange dd spring in the 2ndary. But my questions are, what is the total thickness/number of shims i should have on the bolt that holds the helix on? And also how tight or how many turns should i tighten the bolt with the holes on it? Not sure of the exact name of it sorry. any help would be great!

tighten enough to get your belt deflection right about 1\8 in above your secondary sheave, they are left hand threads, as you bring the sheaves together roll the belt around so it doesnt bind in the sheaves ,i just took all the shims out and left them out it makes easier to change the belt and adjust it when it needs to be.

the sheaves our what the belt rides on. Can i get the belt 1/8 above the sheave off the sled on the work bench? or do i have to do it on the sled? And once i get the belt 1/8 above the sheave, should the belt deflection then be within the range of 1-1.25?
