yeah i have the seat off being redone right now, and it has good spark it just scored a cylinder and has a crank bearing out. i have the cylinders being resleeved right now, the pistons and gaskets are on their way but i just need to find crank bearings because i want to go through the whole bottom end too that way its done right.
and i found original new in box tach and studs for it too so those are coming

If you are planning on actually running this sled, re-think the cylinder sleeving, and have them re-chromed or find different cylinders.

why do you say that? once the steel sleeves get broke in and get glazed i figured it would work pretty decent

There are several advantages of chrome or nikasil replating as opposed to sleeving, especially on a higher performance engine - considerably better heat transfer, the ability to run tighter ring end gap clearances (which the stock Kawi pistons had), no issues with port match-up, longevity, etc - once the jugs are bored and sleeved, there's no going back - with the rarity of 440 Z cylinders, there's another set "lost".
Just my $.02 worth.
