2013 450EFI Radiator Cap Access

Hey All,

Just bought a 450EFI and noticed the coolant in the reservoir was a little low. I was going to do a full flush and refill everything, easy enough. Went to the manual and it said there was a radiator access panel in front of the handle bars to get at the rad cap but its not there.
I'm sure the bike is liquid cooled as it has the water pump and the hoses etc for the coolant.

Do I just take off all the front plastics to get at it? Or am I missing something here. I called a local repair shop and they said to fill the reservoir and let the system take the extra coolant in, but I really don't like the idea of doing that.

Any thoughts or ideas, or has anyone seen this before?
