2002 arctic cat 375 timing mark question

Hey everybody new to the site. I am fixing an old farmers 02 375 that he took to the dealer for a no power and rough running issue. The dealer diagnosed it as a flywheel magnet or timing chain issue. I pulled off the left side cover and the flywheel and magnets look perfect. Not loose. So I pulled off the valve cover to check the timing chain. Looks tight and the guides seem good.

Im going to attach a few pictures of the timing marks. I basically just need help in determining whether this thing jumped a tooth somehow
