Noob Question - 2005 400 4x4 Seat Removal

I just bought my first Arctic Cat today. Its a 2005 400 4x4, and the carburetor overflow plunger is apparently gummed up as there is gas spilling from the overflow. I've had a Kawasaki, a Polaris, and a Suzuki and all of them had a seat latch in clear view. However, I can't figure out how to get the seat off of this Arctic Cat so that I can work on the carburetor.

Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
