Question Winch parts??

so i took my winch out to clean it after a nice mud run yesterday. anyways, i noticed the free spool wasnt working. so when i got it apart i noticed the cam that operates the free spool part was broke into 3 pieces. anybody know where i can get the cam? im not sure if they are different for each winch manufacturer or not but i have been looking all over ebay for one and i cant find anything. anybody know its correct name or where they sell winch replacement parts. got the winch about 4 or 5 years ago and the sticker that was on it is long gone, im pretty sure its either a viper or a venom though.

no, but the part that was broke was tha cam follower. my winch has all steel gear sets. even the ring gear on part number 18 is steel and not pressed in plastic like that one. my follower also has a hole in it and slides over the end of the drive shaft and is held on with a roll pin. so im guessing it must be an older venom model, which surprises me cause i have heard alot of bad things about venom and this thing has worked flawless for 4 years till yesterday when th free spoiling broke. ill try to get some pics up.

I can't find a parts break down for a "Venom" winch. Maybe someone else will have better luck. Can you make one? Or make another one work?

i might be able to make one, i do have a drill press and a drill press vice. i cant find one anywhere so im probably gonna have to do that, or run it without the free spool.

Boy, that freespool is a nice feature hahahahaha!!!
I'd certainly give it a college try of making one. Sorry I couldn't help by finding 1.

Here is a parts diagram for the warn winch including part numbers.

I was able to order what I needed from my Arctic Cat dealer.
