No spark

Hello

I have a 2004 arctic cat 400 4x4 utility atv. It has no spark. It was running fine shut it off and now has no spark. I have had the ignition coil, stator coil, cdi tested and they are fine. I took the side cover off the motor to see the flywheel and it's fine too. Just wondering if anyone might know what else it could be.

Thanks.

Did you try to move the magnets on the rotor? They may look fine but if you are able to move them you will have to replace your rotor. Those older 400's were known for that. There is an updated rotor for those machines, the magnets are built into the rotor instead of being glued on.

Thanks. I tried to move all the megnets and they are all solid. I have heard and read alot about the bad rotors in the 400. That's why I didn't hesitate to pull the motor apart to have a look. But it is good.
