Working on the t 660 Turbo touring today(assembling) Just out of the crate serviced it had it running the moment you touch the throttle it shuts down any ideas what it might be checked saftey monitor switch , its ok, no codes in ECU THANKS for any info.

10-11 Mileage:
09-10 Mileage: 1300

06-07 Mileage: 1600
I agree it might the throttle cable safety switch which may need adjusting. One way to check is to put machine up on a block or stand, open hood and open throttle by hand where the cable end comes out. This will not engage the safety switch. I had this happen and was able to check to make sure the problem was a frozen cable from riding in deep snow and having it come over the hood.
