I would like to know how it goes. I do not want to sacrifice reliability with all these cool gadgets. they dont guarantee no problems with those products and pretty skeptical as this sled is run wide open frequently cause of its lack of hp. Keep us posted

For those of you wondering about the hypershift kit from speedwerx here it is. For 0-5000 ft its a primary/secondary spring, weights, and a 076 belt. Primary is a bit longer then stock, the secondary is a fun job (sarcasm- The team clutch will try your patience if you dont have their spring compression tool) Weights are fully adjustable , come std with a button head bolt in the end for weight then it comes with brass shims to fine tune the clutch. also make sure when the secondary goes together that youre helix is set on the correct ramp (mine was at 38 and should have been 40)

Drive clutch now engages at 5360 rpm, seemed really high to me but spoke with jeremy at speedwerx and he said that the 500 needed to be ran at the pipe and let me tell you youre definatly on the pipe. Sled is a holeshot machine! Absolutely rips and couldnt be happier with it. Just takes some getting used to with it engaging that high. regardless its well worth the money and I cant say enough about speedwerx's customer service they were awesome at answering my questions. Im waiting for more snow so i can try the otherproducts I got.

I agree with Snogasm. I did the Hypershift clutch kit and 3.5 degree timing key. When I installed the clutch kit I thought I did something wrong. I didn't get engage ment til about 5300 rpm. But then I took it out for a ride, Wow, it bumped the fun factor of the sled up a couple notches! Speedwerx was great to deal with too!

I don't know about the mileage. I only have 100 miles on the sled. I'll let you know after I get some miles in on it.

10-11 Mileage: 1000-ish
09-10 Mileage: 162....2 rides
08-09 Mileage: 1036 & counting
07-08 Mileage: counting airline miles to Australia ?
06-07 Mileage: What?? Ride?? We're supposed to ride these things ?
With just the timing key, did Speedwerx suggest adding any fuel ? After the re-flash, I've heard these are lean in a few spots. Just curious to potential issues with out fuel control and added timing....

IT FACTOR
Options suck.....at least having to choose which ones to waste money on..........

shouldn't effect gas mileage as the sled only goes about 10 MPH at 5300 in stock form. Are they still running notched weights in the kit??
