Be interesting to know track length of whos speedo is off or not, I wonder if the just put a flash with the wrong gearing in some, mines a 129.

The TY bunch is reacting in the same "Im never gonna get that flash done" way, mine is fine other than the speedo, big deal, it will be fixed soon. It starts fine, not sure why the OP,s backfire is happening, never heard of any others doing that, starts, idles fine etc. and no sign of kickback.

I had a good starting procedure before and wasn't too paranoid about kickback, but you could tell it wanted to unless you held the key, so its good to have that gone.

I had my 15 XF7000 flashed on Dec 29th. The engine runs fine, no backfire in 72 miles, the idle seems smoother, and the speedometer is right on. I don't know how good the cold starting is. It's not too cold out. The start was as good as original and warm starts were fine. I'm still using my starting procedure that always worked.

speedo reads the driveshaft, so unless the drivers are changed to different size ones, it doesn't matter.

Has anyone with a speed thats off, checked to make sure that it hasn't been switched from MPH, to KPH, or vice versa?

Shouldn't matter there... Either scale should be linear in its increase....?? KWIM?

Lots of people that had the flash 3-4 weeks ago are saying the speedo reads low. I had two Vipers unload beside me that said the sled would read over 78 but was going much faster by their GPS. Is there any way to get the flash version currently in a machine by the gauge readout ? If so, I will post my version.

5-6mph slow since 2016 flash.
Last 2 seasons was dead on.
Only changes were JT big wheel kit, DuPont slides, & Bergstoms triple points.
Dealer will be getting a call today.

............I'll be back in a bit..................

Just heard from the good folks at Lighthouse Motorsports that Arctic Cat has made a new reflash available to fix bug (speedometer error) in their last reflash.

I'm in the same boat. Speedo was dead on last winter. Had the re-flash done and now the speedo and odometer read way low. Did a pull across a field and speedo read 68 mph, GPS was 87.9. I contacted my dealer earlier in the week and they claimed to not have heard of the problem.
