Headlight bulb replacement removal?

Is there an easy way to replace the headlight bulbs? I spent about two hours yesterday changing my headlight bulbs. I ended up taking the headlight assembly right out of the machine.

I put the super white Xenon 100/80watt bulbs in it. Does anyone else have them? Do you like them? I haven't had it out after dark since I installed them.

Bringing this back up top....

So the bulbs are not accessible by going in thru the center hood vent?

Thanks,
-John

I don't quite remember how I took it out. I just started taking off pieces until it was clear.
You gotta take the windshield off the side panels and the center hood, if I remember correctly.

NovaNewfie,
So you did have to remove the hood from the machine?

Thanks much,

Going to replace mine with silver stars today. I'll document the process and try to post it up. I will be removing the hood. My plan is to set it up nose down and try to access the bulbs that way. But you know what they say about best laid plans...
