10-11 Mileage:
09-10 Mileage: 600
ATV: 500 SPORTSMAN
2010 Mileage: used every day
polaris 550 head lights

I'm working on a polaris trail touring 550, for a friend. The head lights and tail lights don't work, but the speedo lights and the bright indicator work. I have been tracing the wireing but haven't found anything wrong. Any one have this happen before? Oh ya, the brake light works also.

Voltage regulator went bad, voltage spikes up and down. Guess that would do it.

it is ur voltage regulator! 100 % sure! thats wat happend to my my supersport 550!

weird when my voltage regulator went it all went dead had no lights at all

Check again your headlight & tail lights wring. May be it has been fix a loose connection..
