We have a trip scheduled for next Tues thru Sun at Alanson and I was wondering what is the snow conditions? How much snow is there? Are they calling for any snow? How are the trails? Any info would help. We are traveling 14 hours to get there!!!

I'm heading up that way Monday. your about a half hour away from the bridge. So if it isn't good, only a 2 hour drive to find significantly more snow.

Do you think they will get more snow around munising or down around gaylord?

munising...heard grand marais received 6+ last night. Your talking a total of 8-12" on the ground in gaylord vs. 15+" in Munising. Check webcams on Jon Dee.

FYI...bit of a warm up on the way next week...your best in the UP. I'm headed to Indian River tomorrow, then on to Newberry Wed through the weekend. Good luck and drive safe.
