Big bore kit problems rktek 925

I got a 925 kit,but when i got it the cylinder, the walls was not in spec, the cylinder walls was to tight at the lower part of the sylinder, so i asked what to do, they said that i should cut of about 8mm of the cylinder skirts, but i think that the piston wil jiggle inside the cylinder, is that right?
Should i send it back?.or should i just cut of the skirtes?
Really need some help here,i dont want my engine to break down

So is it the piston skirts, or actually cylinder walls that are the problem?
