A-arms problem
My snowmobile is a M8 sno pro 2008, and i have a big problem, my skis are not aligned, the left ski is about 1-1/1.5 inches bendt backwards, and my front left side wont rise as much as the right side, with other words the left side is much lower than the right side, i have changed upper and lower the A-arms, but it only aligned the ski a little more, and still the left side is lower than the right
could it be the spindel?,the bulkhead looks ok, i cant see any damages there!!
any tips??

You've got to take a helluva hit to damage the spindle like that, they're stupidly strong. I'd guess you tweaked the bulkhead a bit if you've got new A arms on it.

And a throttle that points the RIGHT way, FORWARD!!!!

PM me if you're looking for lightweight or diamond drive parts, I can get you discount pricing on BDX parts.

I have a 2010 M8 and there is something amiss on the left side too. Not as bad as your's sounds but the skis just don't set right and when I pick the tail of the sled up the left side goes down, even with 5psi more air in that side shock. Shocks are newly rebuilt and revalved, A arms look good. I suspect the bulkhead is tweeked some and somehow changed the geometry enough to give me this left side collapse. Kind of strange it would manifest itself in this way but it is the only thing I can come up with. Bulkhead looks good but it would take so little to change the angles you would not see it.

i have solved most of my problems i think,i have measured all the angels on the bulkhead and all is fine, but my spindel is bendt, on the lower side.so i shall order a new spindel and i looks like it will be ok
i think me and diggerdown needs to change the spindels.
i will report when the new spindel arrive!

it might sound crazy, but maybe your lower a-arm is upside down?

he'd have to bend something to just get it to fit, I've "tried' to put them on upside down & it's off by about an inch... you can't get the arm to attach to the spindle.

gotcha! wasnt sure, are the left and right lowers identical? or specific. I was thinkin it could have been the wrong side part upside down. Sounds like he just keeps hitting things back into place anyways haha
